This CMS system is a high end system that utilizes cloud hosting. Cloud hosting is the most reliable form of hosting. It means that your site will be hosted on a hardware redundant and fault tolerant platform. There is no single point of failure and even the dns is hosted on geographically redundant name servers.
A high end CMS system is a custom designed site that can be easily updated and managed without any programming knowledge. Websites are completely set up with administration access to allow you to both edit existing content and add more pages of content. CMS websites are not to be confused with DIY websites, which are the poor man's CMS.
CMS Pricing has two components: annual licensing fee and the cost of hosting the CMS application in a secure datacentre, on premium servers backed by professional and experienced technicians. CMS Plans offer superior value for money and are suitable for clients who update web content frequently and require a high end hosting solution.
So how much does it cost to set up?
All custom websites begin with the design of a custom template to ensure a professional look and feel across all the pages. Additional work is required to set up your custom designed website to work with our CMS system, and it becomes cost effective to choose a CMS system if you are going to be updating your website or want to add more products, pages and images. A HTML website is best for small websites and you can certainly learn to update the HTML yourself.
If you have 30 or more pages on your website, you should consider a CMS system, even though the cost of hosting the site is more.
We will issue you a quote based on :
1. The template design you require
2. The number of templates your website has
3. Features included in your website
4. The number of pages, images and text we add to the site for you
You will need to send through your draft content to us for us to issue you with a fixed price quote to set up a CMS website. Please include all images, logo, menu links and site map.
Management and hosting fees are paid every 3 months and will be detailed in the quotation.

What else is included in the monthly management fee
Passion Computing will provide the customer access to an application to easily update their own website
We will provide support for the CMS for one delegated user, nominated by the customer. Additional user support and corporate training is also available for a negotiated fee.
We will be responsible for correspondence with the hosting company and data centre for problems related to the account and will work with the hosting company to resolve any issues should they arise at no charge.
We will maintain the application.

Help with computer related problem – software or hardware
Redesign and implementation of new or additional website templates. A website template is defined as the header, footer and menus. Passion Computing CMS allows you to choose multiple templates, though most businesses, utilize only one template for their website.
Domain name registration/renewal
Additional programming (this might include inclusion of virtual tours, password protected directories for member only access, creation of customized online surveys, e-commerce facilities, etc). Customers can obtain a quote.
