Web Copywriting Service Pricing

Our web copywriting prices are competitive but we do believe in getting the job done right. Your web content will be developed by experienced writers and we ensure that the final copy delivered meets, if not exceeds your expectations.

"The Bio sounds great and exactly the kind of thing I was thinking." Gary, Oceanwide Images Stock Photo Library

"By George I think you've just about got it! Great work, I really enjoyed reading it I actually found myself nodding through it." Claire, The Fine Flower Company

"You are fab! I'm looking forward to buying you lunch when this is all done !!" Liz, YWCA Victoria

What we need from you

In order to complete your project, we require from you a project brief. We need to know, the pages that you require, any content already written, notes, background information, links to your company websites and competitors' websites.

Writing for the web differs substantially from print advertising and it is an investment often overlooked. Brochures and business cards get lost or thrown out. We live in a world where there is too much information and yet is driven by information. A website is often the first point of contact and the face of your company or organisation.

What happens next?

Based on the information that you supply, we will issue you with a quote and if you agree to the quote, you will be required to leave a 50% deposit. We will contact you by email or phone for any additional information that we require that was not supplied in the brief. When we have all the information we need, we will produce a draft copy. You are required to read the copy and if changes are necessary, these will be made and the copy modified accordingly. You will then receive the second draft for approval and then the final copy in electronic form.

A license to use the written content is given to you on payment of the invoice. There are no ongoing royalties and you have the right to modify the copy, as though it were your own work.

Why invest in homepage copy?

A clear well written homepage will for many businesses be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Homepages have become noticeboards for existing customers, shareholders and stakeholders but they should also hold important contact information, and tell people about the products and services you sell. In a nutshell, a homepage must summarize what your company does and what differentiates you from your competitors. A homepage needs to make people feel comfortable trading with you because in this global economy, they can just as easily find alternative services.
